Andrea Merlino is the founder of Merlino Music Record Company. He resides in Santa Rosa, California, where he owns and operates his recording studio. Having studied music since age 8, and guitar since age 14, he has acquired decades of experience not only as musician, but also as composer, writer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and busines owner.

Born and raised in Lake Como, Italy, Andrea is now a long time resident of Sonoma County, where he moved to develop his music career. 

His professional horizon is shaped by the emotion and the energy of melodic, vintage and modern rock, but also influenced by other genera such as blues, country, rockabilly, jazz, classical.

As a band founder and guitarist, Andrea toured early on in Lake Como, Italy, and Southern Switzerland. Once established in California, he played with regional bands such as AllWays Elvis and License To Chill. Most recently he has been performing live with The Juggs (Judds tribute band), The Vinyl Tap (Classic Rock cover band), Steph Cali Band (Original Music Artist, singer) and King Jonny Band (Elvis tribute and revival).

Besides playing live, Andrea's goal is to create music at professional level and deeply connected, as reflected in his original music. For his tenth anniversary, his first original album Immensity just got remastered and republished. He is the music composer, songwriter, singer, and producer of this album. Andrea's most popular songs were aired on the San Francisco Bay Area radio stations.
